What is your returns policy?
Returns Policy

You can return/exchange most unused/unopened items for ANY reason within 14 days of
receipt of your order. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee rather than the standard 5% restocking fee. You can get your Return Authorization Number from us by completing our Customer Service Request form within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders paid for with Money Orders will not receive refunds,
store credit will be given instead.
The following product types are exceptions to our policy and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges: - Herbal Spell Mixes
- Aroma Oils
- Incense Sticks/Cones/Powders/Resins/Granules
- Books
- Candles purchased from May to October will not be eligible for returns if they arrive to you warped due to heat
Returned products must be unopened and in their original, salable condition, with
ALL original materials and packing. Please see the table below for your Return Refund calculation:

If you received free shipping with your original order and you are not returning damaged merchandise, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund.
Once we receive your Return Authorization Number request, we will follow up with instructions on where to send your returned merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number. You will need to send the merchandise back via a shipper who provides a tracking number, both for your protection and ours. We need to receive the returned goods within 2 weeks from the date we emailed you your Return Authorization Number and instructions, otherwise your Return Authorization Number will be considered null and void. Once we have received the returned merchandise, your refund (see chart above for refund calculations) will be issued as a credit back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. We will email you a confirmation of your refund and the amount that was refunded.
UPS/USPS Undeliverable Packages and Refused Packages - If your order is returned to us by UPS or USPS because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by the shipper (UPS or USPS), in addition to the original shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee, will be deducted from any refund amount. If you decide you want us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we will only do so after charging your credit card for a second set of shipping fees to cover the costs of the repeat outbound shipment.
If you are missing merchandise from your order, have not received your order in a
reasonable period of time or have received a product you didn't order, please complete a Customer Service Request form immediately so we can investigate the problem and report back to you right away.
If you have received damaged items, please complete our Customer Service Request form immediately so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
